Ice packs and thermal envelopes are meant to be an additional tool to help your order 'beat the odds' but is not guaranteed.

Please note that due to numerous variables we do not guarantee against heat related damage to your order.

Your items will be placed inside the thermal envelope along with any ice packs purchased, thermal envelope will be sealed and then placed in an outer cardboard shipping box.

Thermal envelopes are not the outer shipping packaging.

If you have questions on how many thermal mailers or ice packs you think you might need please feel free to reach out to Kevin at NOTES In most cases and especially during warm weather months the ice packs will last approximately two days and will not last past 3 days when packed with thermal envelopes. Neither the ice packs nor thermal envelopes are designed to last the 4-5 days that standard shipping may take to arrive. It is highly recommended that you purchase an expedited shipping option in addition to thermal packaging to increase the likelihood that your order will arrive unmelted.

For items larger than 1lbs (16oz) we recommend 2 ice packs per item.NOTE: Chocolate items may required additional ice packs.
